StringWorks will grant 100% credit of your purchase price when trading up to a higher level instrument (i.e. Crescendo trading in for an Artist) or a credit of 2/3 your purchase price when trading in for the same level instrument (i.e. 3/4 Crescendo for 4/4 Crescendo) if returned in as-new condition.* Trade-in policy good only on Crescendo, Artist, and Virtuoso instruments.
