Description (Free 14 Day In-Home Trial)
This Michael Todd II recently found a home - we invite you to try our Hungarian Kallo Bartok, equally impressive!
We are more than excited to have one of our Special Edition Michael Todd II celli on consignment! This cello is one of the Romanian Amati copies used for our commission of the "King" cello. For those of you who have not seen our copy of the Amati cello commissioned by Charles IX, it has the beautifully intricate painting designed to look like its model from the 1500s.
Some highly experienced Romanian makers made these cellos with beautifully figured, highly aged European woods, and varnished with a beautiful and supple lightly antiqued varnish. What is even more important is the Amati pattern, brought out of the Baroque era and thus perfect for the Bach and Baroque lover like you!
The owner used one of these cellos in his playing with the LA Opera and others, so don't miss this extremely rare opportunity to have one yourself. Setup your In-Home Trial now, before someone else does!
