I am VERY impressed with my MTII! When I first opened up the case, I was just amazed at how beautiful it was. (Both the case and the violin!) The pictures on the website just do not do it justice! (It even smells great! LOL!)  More importantly, it sounds WONDERFUL! I can't explain the joy that comes from playing a great violin after only ever using a horrible $99 eBay violin! 

I brought it to school with me and showed it to my friend that plays in the Dearborn Symphony Orchestra, and she was also amazed! She couldn't believe that such a great violin had "come from the Internet" and that I had gotten such a great deal on it! She is even considering buying one for her daughter!

My brother's reaction was pretty much the same, and as you know, he immediately called you up to order one of his own as soon as the weekend was over! (He was already looking to purchase a new violin, but hadn't intended on doing it for a while.. but playing my MTII convinced him and he couldn't wait any longer!)  I was so convinced that I was in love with this violin that I gave my old one to a friend (who is just starting to play violin) only 2 days after receiving my MTII!

Everyone in our little orchestra was amazed too. The conductor's exact response (I hadn't even shown her the violin, she noticed it all on her own) was "Wow, that violin can really sing!"  My violin teacher thought it was a very good deal, and had a nice sound, but was still a bit wary that it "came from the Internet."

The best part however, had to be when we took it to **** (sic). My brother at this point had decided to either purchase a MTII or (another brand (sic)) from ****. Now, the (other brand) he was looking at is almost $4,000 for the violin alone, with no outfit.   We played the MTII and the (other brand), and also had the salesperson play them both for us. (He was really good!) Not only did my brother and I like the MTII better, the salesperson did too! Here is the guy that is trying to sell us a violin, and even he had to admit that the MTII was better! He even asked me where I got it and if you guys sold violas.. Lol!

So, now I know that my entire lovely MTII outfit costs half the price of the (other brand) violin alone, and yet sounds significantly better! (And is MUCH prettier too!)  So, needless to say I am extremely happy with it, and will NOT be sending it back! :-) (And plan on telling everyone I know where to look for violins!)" - M.L.
