The Maestro cello continues to be one of our perennial best sellers, due to its combination of tone, playability, and value. We love this era of Maestros, with its rich brown varnish and beautiful woods.  

This Maestro cello has a veery rich, warm, mature, round tone - very rewarding (and forgiving)!  The 15 years+ of playing has given a beautifully open resonant sound, as well.  It has a small repaired rib crack that poses no structural issues.
