Showroom Customer Service

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH VIOLIN, VIOLA, OR CELLO (violin preferred) Come Join our Family! Primary duty will be to manage the stringed instrument rental contracts and payment plans. Other duties include answering phones, assisting string players/customers in instrument selection, and general shop and showroom maintenance and organization. Candidate should be a self-starter, independent and highly personable, ideal for parents looking for flexible hours while kids are at school. Great family-owned atmosphere, part-time employment 16-24 hours per week (may include Saturdays) with opportunity for growth and full time employment. $15/hr starting scale, and significant experience playing violin, viola, or cello required, to have a basic knowledge of the industry. Previous customer service and sales experience a plus. Flexible schedule, discounted accessories repairs all perks of the position.
